A little late but facinating news that I-CITY Selangor is going to be Sumurwang’s 72-acre freehold site in Section 7, Shah Alam. A 10-year development with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM1.5bil consisting corporate, commercial and retail elements, hotel and serviced apartments, a convention complex, an intelligent school and a technology hub.
The planning and retail centre will be design by Jerde, intending to be a quality lifestyle centre with many of Jerde’s trademark features.
