Ucs technique, rotate your entire ucs accordingly to your required angle is important. You can rotate your entire view in your paper space without rotating the actual ucs in model space. Just type "UCS" when you are at paperspace, rotate the ucs then type "Plan" to have the view reflected in the viewport. Remember to save your view to avoid losing it.This post is a reminder.
